Register your Sirena

Registering your Sirena does two concrete things. First: we keep the serial number, the date and the place of purchase on file, so if you ever need the warranty you won't be hunting for an eight-year-old invoice. Second: we tell you when it's time to rinse or replace the HEPA filter and have the machine serviced — the maintenance that keeps the motor alive and that the warranty conditions require.

You can register it even if you didn't buy it from us. Thousands of Sirenas were sold across Europe through distributors who are no longer around: if yours is one of them, registering it makes us your point of reference for parts and service.

Before you start, have the machine to hand: you will need the two serial numbers, and further down two photographs show you exactly where they are.

Where to find the serial numbers

• On the main unit: open the lower compartment, the label is on the floor of it.
• On the power nozzle: it is stamped into the neck, above the wheels.
• On every machine sold in Europe both numbers start with EU.
• If either is unreadable or missing, leave the field empty and say so in the notes: it happens often on older machines.

In both photographs the number is deliberately blurred: the real one is there, on your own machine.
